       In line with this vision, the Department of Information Technology, Government of Bihar, led by the Hon’ble IT Minister, invites suggestions, innovative ideas, collaboration proposals, and investment proposals from Biharis living across India and around the world.
       Whether you are a technology professional, entrepreneur, academician, researcher, investor, industry leader, or student, your insights and experiences can help shape Bihar’s future in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Startups, Electronics System Design & Manufacturing (ESDM), Data Centres, Semiconductor Ecosystem, Digital Governance, Skill Development, Innovation, Research, and Emerging Technologies.
       We encourage you to share your ideas for creating employment opportunities, strengthening the startup ecosystem, attracting investments, empowering youth through digital skills, improving governance through technology, and positioning Bihar as a leading hub of innovation and knowledge economy.
      The Government of Bihar also welcomes investment proposals from members of the Bihari diaspora and global business community interested in establishing technology ventures, innovation centres, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), R&D facilities, manufacturing units, skill development institutions, startup accelerators, venture funds, and other initiatives that can contribute to Bihar’s economic growth and employment generation.
Your suggestions and proposals will be carefully reviewed by the Minister’s Cell and relevant departments and may contribute to future policies, partnerships, programs, investments, and initiatives aimed at accelerating Bihar’s growth journey.
